Mr. Colin Raye!!!!

This was really neat, because Hubby and I met when he was all over the radio. We would dance like there was no tomorrow. He'd twirl me around the dance floor to " On the Verge". And I would just melt in his arms. What a great night!!!

Gaylord 2008 - The Party!!!

This was one of the couple that I met. She's a doll. Hubby has taking a few classes with her husband. I found out that they had quite a bit of fun without us. hmmm....

That's okay, she and I will just have to go shopping the next time we see each other. There's nothing like retail therapy. Let me hear an amen ladies!!!

Last night was an absolute blast. Stinky boy had a birthday dinner with a few good friends. He got great present, we played games, and there were even a few surprises. I'll post the entire story and photos after I do some catch up.

Every year for the past 5 years I've been making calenders for the parents in the our lives.

This year was no exception. I use pictures from the coordinating month and scrapbook paper that goes with the theme. These calender make a great gift that can be used all year long.

Twas the Night Before Christmas........

This is the story we have read to our children for as long as I can remember, along with the story out the bible, of the birth of Jesus. I truly love Robert Sabuda's pop-up books. He puts so much detail into each illustration.

School Christmas Party

Wow what a weekend!!! Last Friday the kids had their class parties.

Stinky wore pj's and had donuts and hot coco. The kids all exchanged books.

Santa even came for a visit!!!

Tinky's classroom also did a book exchange. Her class watched movies and did crafts.

While last night our Brownie Troop went to a retirement home and sang Christmas songs. Tinky (being Tinky) had to put on the a "fancy dress". She's so cute!

Noodles, sauce, & cheese in casserole dish bake for 1 hour on low heat

Another Great Day

While today was another great day!

Stinky boy placed 3rd in a Double Points Race out of town and mommy and Tinky went to a play and Tinky won tickets to the next play in January. Which Mommy will be using as a couples night out!!! I can't believe Stinky took 3rd place that's is so awesome!!! Here I thought it would be a while before he even made it to mains. Way to go BUDDY!!! I'm soo proud of you!!!!These were the kids he trained with for the Grands. Dad and Stinky saw had a great daddy and me time while Tinky and I did the same. Thank-You Lady "D" for taking us!!!!!

Christmas Time is Here

We finally decorated for Christmas it took a little while longer this year due to the Grands. We toned down a little because of lack of time, but we back in the swing ready to celebrate the wonderful season. Hubby has a work Christmas party in Dallas this weekend, which I'm really looking forward to the alone time with my husband. After that it's all about spending time with loved ones.

I'm not sure when we'll move that obnoxious trophy but ........

The kids got their own tree this year and got to decorate it too.

BMX Parade

One of the BMX teams invited us to join them in a local parade.

It poured rain but we had a blast. After the parade we did a toy drive at the track and received alot of toys. yeah!!
