Thanksgiving- Our way...

One of our favorite thing to do as a family is to go camping!!! We have been wanting to go camping at the beach for Thanksgiving for the past 3 years. We get put on the waiting list every year. And this year was no different.

So instead we went to our second favorite spot!!!

The weather was gorgeous. The sun was shining. The wind was blowing, which meant the leaves where falling!!!! True Fall!!!

Granny and Grandad drove up for the day and joined us for the feast.

Every Memorial day and Labor Day this RV Park has an Ice Cream Social. They have homemade ice cream, yummy dessert and a band plays dancing music.

Camping with BMX Friends

Another camping trip and fishing adventure with our BMX friends.
We lost 2 fishing poles and broke 1. We saw a mama deer and her baby. We took lots of pictures and had a blast!!!

We're Headed to the Beach for some R & R

Sorry folks, our life has been very busy and very sad at the same time.

As life must go on..........

We have lots of catching up to do.

I've been taking a photography class and I'm having lots of fun.

I'll post next week some of the pictures I've been taking and get everyone caught up on our lives.

Double Points Races

We finally let Stinky boy race after what seems like forever, at the Double Points Races. We have 2 tracks in town and he raced at both tracks. He raced Friday night got 1st place. He raced Saturday morning and Saturday afternoon. He got 1st at both races. We camped at the track with some friend we've meet from other tracks down south. It was alot of fun hanging out and having good food.

We are off to the Grands in Oklahoma to race the "BIG ONE". We feel like this is a once in a lifetime for Stinky to go and race at this level. We so blessed to have our friends that have guided us and took us under their wings. If it wasn't for thses wonderful people we wouldn't be going. We leave Tuesday morning. And will return Monday Decemeber 1st. I'm not sure where Turkey Day will be or who it will be with. But hey it's an adventure and I do love adventures. Tinky chose to stay with a girlfriend for a few day then with her Granny for the Holidays. It will be very hard without her. But of course I've made sure she'll be taken care of She'll be having fun and playing with her cousin, which she loves to do.

There are sooo many words that can describe this race but truly none of them would give any justice to the true feeling and wonderment that was felt that day.

To sum it up I screamed, I cried, I wet myself and I fell to my knees!!!!

Fun with Friends

While at the beach some dear friends came over and joined us for a day of fun. We found a ton of baby lizards. After damaging about 5 (sorry dreary) lizards we/she finally got one to share with children.

Cute little guy, but at any moment I was just sure he/she was going to pee on me.
