Stinky boy took a second place on Saturday and didn't make his main on Sunday.

We are very proud of him, he raced hard.

State Race

The state race was held in Roseville, the week-end before school started. We went with some of the other riders from our team. The race is done a points system. We wnet thinking we would come home with 8, 9 or 10 place plate!!!! I ccan't even beginning to tell you how exciting it was listening to them call off the plates backward from 10, 9, 8, 7, 6,what???5, OMG 4,they forgot my kid!!! 3 Stinky BOY!! Well if you know me I did my usuallu.........screamed and yelled!!!! WOOHOO you go baby!!!

We are so blessed to be part of Bakersfield Bmx Team. This past year has been a rooler coaster of a rider in a very good way. I was asked to take the team photos this year.

Fun with BMX Friends

All of our BMX friends were at a national over the fourth of July week-end. So our team had our own celebration. With swimming, great food, and fireworks. One of the dads showed the kids this great trick.............. But my Tinky girl has them right where she wants them.

State Qualifer Race

We went to another State Qualifier Race at the end of June. Stinky got a 2nd place. He did really good. The track is harder tan ours at home and the class he rides in is stronger than ours. So he really has to work for the win.

While at the race I was able to shoot some of our team mates. One of which order a copy and wants a photo shoot!!! I'm really nervous and excited all at the same time.

This was a State Qualifer Race we went. Then headed to the beach with some bmx friends.

Pro BMXERS

We were lucky enough to have the pro at our race and take pictures and get autographs.

Above is Mike Day, he won the Silver Metal at the Olympics and below is Donny Robison, who won the Bronze Metal.

New Bike!!!

While after what seemed like FOREVER........we got Stinky boy's bike parts and the guys put it together, just in time to race at our local national.

Stolen!!!!

Both Bmx bikes were stolen from our garage Sunday night/Monday morning.

We are just starting to move forward after losing our dogs and something like this happens...

This national was all about the friend and hanging out.

No trophy this time. Stinky boy didn't make it to his main either day.
