Halloween 2007

For as long as I can remember, we have celebrated Halloween evening outside sitting around a fire pit with the neighbors. And this year was no different.

The Fire pit thing started many a years ago when we went down south to visit our extended family. They were having some kind of block party, if my mind remembers correctly. And they had a fire pit. Something about fire is so mesmerizing. You just can't take your eyes off it. Anyway we came home and bought one for ourselves. We've spent many night around the fire with family and friends.
